Are your cleaners fully insured and background-checked?

Absolutely. Your peace of mind and security are our highest priorities. Every cleaner at Klarova undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including face-to-face interviews and comprehensive background checks. Furthermore, our entire team is covered by comprehensive public liability insurance, ensuring your property is fully protected from the moment we step inside.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning products and equipment?

It depends entirely on the type of service you choose:

  • For Commercial, Airbnb, and Deep / End of Tenancy Cleaning: We bring everything. Our teams come fully equipped with premium, commercial-grade cleaning agents and high-powered equipment.
  • For Regular Domestic Cleaning: To maintain absolute hygiene and prevent cross-contamination between households, we typically use your vacuum, mop, and preferred everyday sprays. However, we are happy to supply these upon request for a small additional fee.

How do you handle property access and keys?

We operate a secure, highly organized tracked key-holding system. Many of our office, retail, and Airbnb clients provide us with a key or secure lockbox code so we can clean discreetly out of hours without disrupting your day. For residential cleans, you can choose to be at home to let us in, or securely leave a key with us.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a clean?

We know that life and business schedules change quickly. We offer a highly flexible booking policy and only ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a late cancellation fee to compensate our dedicated cleaners for their reserved time.

How do you determine your pricing?

Because every property is unique, our pricing is tailored to your specific space:

  • Commercial, Retail, & Schools: We provide bespoke, free-of-charge site consultations to look at foot traffic and layout before giving you a fixed contract rate.
  • End of Tenancy & Airbnb: Priced at a flat rate based on the exact size of the property (number of bedrooms and bathrooms).
  • Regular Domestic Cleans: Billed at a straightforward, transparent hourly rate.

What is your policy if I am not 100% satisfied with the clean?

At Klarova, our name stands for absolute perfection and clarity. If any area of your clean does not meet your expectations or our high standards, simply contact us within 24 hours. We will send a team back immediately to reclean the specific area completely free of charge—no arguments, no hassle.
