Our regular domestic cleaning starts at just £15.50 per hour. Best of all, this is a fully inclusive rate. It completely covers your cleaner’s pay, our agency management fee, and full insurance protection. The price you see is exactly what you pay—we guarantee absolutely no hidden costs, surprise fees, or admin add-ons.

We understand that your home is your sanctuary. It is incredibly important that you feel entirely comfortable with the professional allocated to you. Before any cleaning ever begins, we will arrange for your local cleaner to pop by at a time that suits you for a free, no-obligation introduction. This gives you the perfect opportunity to chat, see if they are the right fit, and guide them through your home's layout and specific priorities.

We can also provide temporary cover if your cleaner is off sick or on holiday - just inform us. If it is more convenient for you to be out during the clean, we can arrange to securely hold your keys.

 

One- off Cleaning Services

This deep-cleaning package is completely customisable. We can execute a full-property turnaround or focus entirely on the specific rooms and high-priority tasks you care about most.

Straightforward, All-Inclusive Pricing

We keep our one-off rates simple and completely transparent. Your deep clean covers up to 6 full hours of intensive cleaning for a flat fee structure:

  • Agency Fee: A one-off payment of £30 paid directly to the office to secure your booking and full insurance coverage.
  • Cleaner's Fee: Just £14 per hour paid directly to your allocated cleaner on the day.

Here is exactly what our trusted professional cleaners look after on every visit:

Kitchens & Dining Areas

  • Wipe  the exterior of all large appliances, including the fridge, oven, dishwasher, and extractor hood.
  • Scrub, sanitise, and polish the sink, basin, and drainage areas, removing watermarks from taps.
  • Clean and wipe down all worktops, kitchen splashbacks, and dining table surfaces.
  • Clean  Microwave 
  • Spot-clean and wipe down the exterior fronts of all cupboards, drawers, and handles.
  • Vacuum the entire floor area and thoroughly mop hard flooring 
  • Empty all kitchen bins, wipe down the lids, and replace bin liners

 

 

Bathroom

  • Wash , scrub, and disinfect toilets, bathtubs, and shower cubicles.
  • Polish all chrome fittings, shower heads, and taps to a streak-free shine.
  • Clean washbasins, counter areas, soap dishes, and vanity units.
  • Polish bathroom mirrors, glass shower screens, and partition panels.
  • Wipe down wall tiles to remove water spots and soap scum.
  • Mop  the bathroom floor.

Living Rooms & Common Areas

 

  • Dust all accessible surfaces, including coffee tables, TV stands, shelves, and picture frames.
  • Dust down skirting boards, door frames, and light switches to remove prints.
  • Plump up sofa cushions, straighten throws, and neatly arrange decorative items.
  • Carefully wipe down exterior TV screens and electronic housings.
  • Vacuum all rugs, carpets, and under accessible furniture pieces

 

Bedrooms

  • Dust and wipe down all bedside tables, chests of drawers, and wardrobe exteriors.
  • Neatly make beds and arrange pillows (fresh linen changes can be completed if clean sheets are left out!).
  •  Clean and polish wardrobe mirrors or vanity mirrors.
  •  Vacuum carpets, rugs, and underneath the edges of the bed frame.
